“We worked with Alicia for a couple of months looking at pre-owned homes and just could find any we liked completely. We did find one that was a nice home and made an offer. The owner came back with a counter that had some changes to the contract we didn't like and made us uncomfortable with buying the home, so we backed out of it. The rest we looked at all had something we would have to do to make it our home that we just didn't want to do. We finally decided to look at new builds even though they are more expensive. We decided to purchase an Aspen View home in Aspen Ranch. Alicia was with us all the way through everything and explained all the ins and out of buying a home and working with the builder all the way through closing.
