“I was referred to Alicia by a close friend and starting working with her a year and a half ago while still living in California and looking to relocate to Colorado somewhere between Castle Rock and Colorado Springs. First and foremost, Alicia worked her schedule around mine every time I was able to be in town and search for properties. She took the time upfront to truly understand what I was looking for in a property and then when I was in town was able to show me properties that fit the profile making things efficient. She continued to send property ‘profiles’ while I was out of town. Then my relocation was put on hold for almost 8 mos. During this ‘hold’ Alicia checked in to see if I needed anything else, provided property updates, etc. Once things were back on track for the move, the property ‘criteria’ changed and Alicia shifted gears without hesitation and was able to identify and send new properties that fit and once again made for efficient viewing of properties. When I was back in town - we found my new home in two days of onsite visits! Once the offer/close process began I can’t emphasize how proactive, comprehensive and informative she was - sorting through some unique issues that arose - resolved with 100% satisfaction - all with a 23-day close!!!
